I have a certain program that I would like to sell over the Internet world wide. Unfortunately, my country is not supported by PayPal when it comes to getting paid. I can only buy with PayPal. I am aware that there are other sites that let you charge credit cards from your customers and get paid, but I would really like to know what is the legal procedure here, besides opening/registering your company? What works best in practice? Maybe I should try selling the program over some company, to let them do the selling for me. In that case I would have to leave them some percentage. I don't need a legal advice, just an experience of people who are freelancers and are selling their software over net.

Now that that is said, there isn't a whole lot more we can say because laws are different from country to country.

I edited my post because this is obviously not what I wanted to hear as I am aware of this already, but thanks for pointing it out.

Contact a similar successful business from your local area to see what works for them.

Many times people are willing to help others out, especially if you're not going to be in direct competition with them.
