Is anybody (for whatever reason) successfully using old PVCS ver.5.1.1 for DOS (by Intersolv) on Win'XP system?
I'm having the following problem:
Either immediately or after several successfully operations we get an error message "license notification: not configured to access network files".
After this happens all subsequent attempts to run any PVCS EXEs fail the same way. The only way to move forward at this point is to close the current DOS window and open a new one.
It seems that something gets corrupted in the NTVDM environment but I can not even guess what that might be.
Any ideas? TIA
