Hi guys: My company is doing the future planing at the moment. One of important things is to decide which framework we should build our company IT on? .Net or Java? It seems both frameworks have it advantage and disadvantage. Just want to hear how you guys think about this issue.

Though I suspect this question to be flame bait, here is my take:
Depends on so many things... what platforms are you supporting, what kind of software you are using.
You may as well ask which one is better - a Ford Mustang or a Volkswagen Beetle.
Both languages have there advantages and disadvantages.. this is too general question to be asked on a forum. depends upon ur need. it would be best if you contact some expert, explain your needs and requirement and let him decide.
