How to display Customize form in outlook explorer window on commandbar button click in outlook 2007

Hello Everyone... i'm developing an addin for outlook 2007. i want to display a form on the main explorer window of outlook. i have created a commandbar with button ,i'm also getting button click event but not able to display if on explorer windows...
