How to query StarDict (.dict) files using .NET

Is there any API to query stardict (*.dict) dictionary files in .NET? I'm using this for a dictionary look up in my application.

Actually I need to find a solution to read ABBYY Lingvo dicts, but Stardict's goes good for me too. You can convert Lingvo's to Stardict's easily.
