having integrated jquery into our sharepoint moss internet facing site and deploying the files to the _layouts folder we are now having problems with the references from the masterpages, all the references work apart from application.js. Non of the events fire from there?
would we need to take any extra steps to get this working in a sharepoint moss environment?
EDIT: Sorry, I've just re-read my question and it's aweful. When we reference the jquery funtionality from another .js file, events do not fire. If we reference jquery them from within an .aspx page, they do fire. Could our application.js filename be conflicting with anything? I thought that there was only a core.js file that might conflict.
