hi I'm working on ebay style application, many users and each can set his paypal account for receiving payments. Another users can pay via paypal to his paypal account. I would like to use paypal api (soap) for realizing payments to sellers. But I didn't find a way how to send money to another paypal account via api. I can receive payments only to "my API" account. Is it possible to send it to sellers account? How do ebay do that? or I can only use IPN?
