Looking for a good freeware tree/grid like this one in .NET

this one is written in C++. Can I use it from a WinForm application? if so, what do I have to do different to use it from a VB.NET Winform app?

If not, does anyone know of a decent freeware alternative?

I'm really fond of SourceGrid, it's very capable perhaps it can do what you want.
