Can't see the TableAdapter Config Wizard in VC# Express 2008 after setting connection string

I follow this http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2006/01/15/435498.aspx

Why I don't have any TableAdapter Config Wizard after the connection string (I use VSTudio Express 2008).

I can only click on config wizard for each dataadapter not for the whole dataset.
