Product Installation/Deployment tools

Hi

We have a product which consists of the following :

  1. .NET web services in IIS
  2. .NET windows services
  3. .NET smart clients
  4. J2EE application in JBOSS
  5. Java clients
  6. SQL Server 2005 databases
  7. Third party components and applications
  8. A lot of complex XML configuration files connecting the various components together

Which product installation/deployment tools are best suited for such a varied set of components ? We have used installshield. Are there any other tools comparable to installshield ? Does InstallAnywhere support deployment of .Net web services, .Net windows services?
