thnx for the respond Sir i already tried using Goolge, but no results at all. can not find this dll file!!! i downloaded every thing related to BlowFish with .NET and no dll files!
regarding my second Q, i asked for the main steps/guides to do an application which can encrypt/decrypt files. it's first application for me with encryption/decryption staff, specially in VB 2005.
