When I update a gridview on my page (asp.net 2.0) the font is resized to around +2 points, its very strange. I've had a look through the stylesheet to see if there is anything dealing with postback/updating/deleting records from a gridview and can see nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Odd. Have you tried using a tool like Firebug to explore the CSS being used? etc changes..

It is on a work machine which i cannot install firefox on so that is out of the question at the moment.

buddy, Firebug is an essential tool for development. I can't believe that at work they give you admin rights on your machine. Talk to your manager not only because of Firefox but there are a lot of tools out there that you'll benefit from. my 2 cents.
