Virtualize Win 2008 Server on Vista

Hi, Running Vista 64 as my dev machine, and would like to get a Server 2008 R2 up and running on it. Downloaded the x64 version of Win 2008, then realised virtual pc doesn't support emulating in 64-bit.

What ways do I have to get a x64 2008 server up and running virtualised on my Vista machine?
