Getting exception on production server on just one wcf web service

I am getting this exception on just this service. I am using Linq to entities with Data Contracts named DeviceRequest and DeviceResponse.

An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is: System.InvalidOperationException: An exception was thrown in a call to a WSDL export extension: System.ServiceModel.Description.DataContractSerializerOperationBehavior contract: http://tempuri.org/:IDevices ----> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.Entity, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
