Im currently working on the following site:

The site is to basically offer a my services as a sub contractor and produce a "round-about" quote ( as it is stupidly hard to let a form produce a quote when you dont know exactly what the project is ).
Once a quote is produced it is stored and you can access it by clicking on the "recent quotes" button located at the bottom left corner. It works as I intend (apart from the form, it is not complete so if you want to produce a quote to test, just keep pressing next without changing any of the drop down menus) apart from in IE the anchor is not set correctly ( one of those things where you have to see and you'll know what im talking about).
Any help on this matter is much appreciated.
