Silverlight AGData Grid

Hi

I am developing the application in Silverlight.We are using the AGGrid.

We have the following scenario

AGDataGrid displaying the list of provider name .It is have the Checkbox column ViewingAccess. I have to retrieve the list of checkbox checked rows from grid .Please explain how to acheive
