I have a Windows Service that uses Exchange Web Services to get calendar items that are set with a Sensitivity of "Confidential." The Sensitivity level is set by the users when they put appointments on their calendar. The setting of "Confidential" was chosen because in all my research, I found that Outlook/Exchange essentially ignores that setting for appointments.

What one of my users reported today is that when she uses the scheduling assistant when initiating a meeting request, appointments marked as "Confidential" are showing up as "Private Appointment" in the scheduling assistant. It isn't showing as a private appointment when you look at the users calendar - it's only showing as private in the scheduling assistant. I've found no documentation whatsoever that Confidential appointments will show up as Private in the scheduling assistant, but I've confirmed that they do.

Is there a setting that can be changed to not show Confidential appointments as Private in the scheduling assistant?
