help with Error during run my C# program

i got this error:

CLR Error: 80004005

when i try to run my C# program on Windows XP.

when i try to install FrameWork 2.0 - i got this error:

there is a problem with this windows installer packege.

what can be the problem ?

Try uninstalling all versions of the framework, and then reinstalling. If you have had beta versions of the framework installed at all then make sure those are removed as well.
