Hi I wanted to enroll in Apples iPhone developer program the problem is I myself don't own a credit card is it Ok if I use some one else's credit card to sign up...

I mean can I just use the credit card I have to pay apple 100$ dollars & specify my account details from any transactions originating from Apples side.

(& yes I cannot get a credit card, I am currently jobless never ever had a credit card before in my life & credit card companies are very skeptical to give me one.)

Thank you

As it says in this FAQ page at Apple Developer:

The billing information provided for the purchase must exactly match the Program enrollment information. If this information does not match your enrollment will be delayed and you will be asked to provide a notarized copy of a government issued identification.

So I don't think you can use someone else's credit card as it'd bear a different name from your own.

It says 'delayed', not 'cancelled' ;) So, as Macmade already said, it isn't a problem, it just takes more time till your account is activated.

You can use someone else credit card without problem (tested - that was the case for me).
