how to access html elements in webkitgtk from c .. ?

i am new to webkit. I managed to open a html file using webkitgtk in c but i dont know how to access the html elements for setting values, changing content etc .. (example : filling values in text boxes ..).. please help me out.. Thanks in advance ..
