drupal views module error

hey guys.. i installed drupal views module and am getting this error

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './sites/all/modules/views/includes/admin.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php')

how can i solve this problem?

you can't do anything i recieve this error as well and i can't use views modules and the related modules,thats why i am thinking about using joomla views which is better
