Exception RuntimeError

Hi... I am getting 2 following errors:

Exception RuntimeError: 'maximum recursion depth exceeded in subclasscheck' in ignored Exception RuntimeError: 'maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object' in ignored

What is the cause for the same.... I have not made any changes to my application since yesterday.... Suddenly today it is giving me this error.... Can upgrading the IE version cause this problem to occur???
