The full text of "Practical Common Lisp" used to be easily available from APress in PDF format, but not anymore. Does anyone know where I can (legally) find it?

Practical Common LISP - (I should note that this is not a PDF version of the text, but it is the full text of the book provided by the author. Granted, it probably won't be formatted as nicely as the PDF from APress, but it is free).

Yeah I was indeed more looking for the PDF which I could then read while offline.

Would it be legal to scrape the page, download all the chapters and convert to a PDF?

@Fortyrunner The author appears to retain copyright on his web site. I don't think you'd have any issues with converting the text to PDF for personal use, but you might not be able to distribute it since you don't have copyright.

If you look at the Apress website, you can see that they sell the book as an ebook. The ebook seems to be a password protected PDF. The price is $45.49 for the ebook.

That lets me guess that the no-cost PDF version of Practical Common Lisp is gone and is no longer available from Apress.
It's an excellent book, btw.
