I think you're asking for resources on how to learn Flex, is that correct? "Best" is very subjective.
But, I'd start by taking a look at the The Adobe Learn Flex in a Week Videos combined with the Flex Documentation. I'd start with the Flex Developer's Guide, but I suggest you read everything.
The Flex Show has a series of screencasts on learning Flex Development. Lynda.com and TotalTraining.com also have Flex learning resources.
There are plenty of books, but honestly I haven't read any of them. Training from the Source is a one that stands out, as is the O'Rielly Programming Flex book.

thanks a lot. i define "best" as proven structures that are scalable, books that has no bullshit and are well explained with no errors and usefull tutorials.

Thankfully, there is no argument in the dev community as to what proven and scalable structures are. ;) Reality is that much of software development depends on the situation. Even design patterns don't apply equally to every situation.
