reducing the command bars of objWinWordControl

Question

Is it possible to reduce the CommandBars of winWord object? I've tried to see see the visible command bars on debugging. It gives casting error.

Office.CommandBars bars = objWinWordControl.document.ActiveWindow.Application.CommandBars;

            foreach(Office.CommandBars item in bars)
            {
                System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine("Bars: " + item.ToString());
            }
