I am taking classes on software development from University of Phoenix. They keep raising my rates. Anybody know a better/cheaper online-only programming degree I could get that would be more relevant to real life industry use? We are focusing on waterfall SDLC and their is soo much info on installation, training, and implementation. Feels like software managers work. This should maybe be on Meta site. Note really sure.

There's a lot of traditional colleges that offer online courses for programming/software development. Kinda depends on what you are specifically trying to get into though... "software development" is a pretty vague statement.
