I like to use Hansoft to manage software development but my team uses Mac, Win and Linux computers. Are there any Hansoft equivalent tools out there.

I love Hansoft as it supports agile and waterfall methodology. Also, we can manage docs and bugs.

Yes, browser is great. I was hoping that Banana Scrum has bug database as well. Hansoft also has good resource management features. It knows how busy each resource is and it can also deduct holidays from sprints.

I've used FogBugz in the past, which is a great web-based project management tool. My personal favorite feature is the "Evidence-Based Scheduling", which takes into account how your actuals relate to your estimates when planning your milestones.
