Profiler of VC++10 only optimizes 31%

I get "776 of 2491 ( 31.15%) profiled functions will be compiled for speed" when using the profiler of VC++10 64 Bit edition. If I use the 32 Bit edition, 100% functions are optimized.

What am I doing wrong?
