http://forums.silverlight.net/ is pretty good for Silverlight.
I always found kirupaForum to be the best resource for Flash-related things, including Flex.

Unfortunately SO is not the best place to find the best answers for AS2/3, Flash, Flex, etc. I found the best place for those types of questions is on the adobe forums. That one is for as3, but they have numerous others. kglad is a guru that can help with most any AS3 problem you may have.

The Adobe flex forum is ok, but I started to post questions here on Stackoverflow whenever I got no replies on Adobe forumns. Stackoverflow has'nt failed me yet, Adobe forum has!

http://actionscript.org used to be the best for Flash, though I've personally stopped doing much Flash in favour of Silverlight. Jacob is correct that http://forums.silverlight.net is the place for Silverlight.
