I just started working for an official non-profit organization, and am finding out that some commercial software vendors offer free or discounted licenses for non-profits. For example, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) offers free licenses and Adobe offers some of their products at a discount.

Are there any other good development tools or services that are discounted for non-profits?

I'm pretty sure Microsoft does (I don't remember the program name, though). Your best bet, really, is to locate a product you want to use, then call up their corporate office and see if they'll give you a discount since you're with a non-profit. I'm willing to bet close to 100% of companies would do so- since they get to write the difference between "retail" and the price you pay off of their taxes.
