It's easy to add a rich text editor in web programming, lots of options, while when I turn to do this in WinForm, I have searched for hours, with no good solution.
Any one can help to recommend one? Thanks in advance!

You will probably have to go with a commercial editor unless you're willing to roll your own. This question has some suggestions. It sounds like DevExpress is reasonably priced and has a good rich text editor.
