Replication between Multiple Data Center

We are providing software as service(web application) which is hosted in data ceneter in UK.

Now we want also deploy our application and database in US data center.

We are using MS-SQL Server as database.

Here performance of data replication between two servers is main concern for us.

We are thinking of replicating master data runtime and replicate other data as nightly process so that it will not create any performance issue.

What are other possible options for data replication between two servers?
