Sir, I want to know about IBM file net system. Actually, I got offer letter for IBM file net system from one company. Actually I have 1 Year experience in Java, based on this exp I got offer letter for IBM file net system. I don’t know about IBM file net system So I want to know what is the scope and growth of IBM file net system, if I go. I am not deciding that I still continue java or shall go for file net system. Which is good for my future, Pl z give me suggestion. When I go for java then And When I go for IBM file net system, Pl z give me separatly detail about their scope and growth for future.

I started with Java and am now working with FileNet too. They are not exclusive.
You will be able to work with Java when using FileNet. FileNet is mostly a Content Manager system with a few addons.
