Your log file uses timestamps in local time, but the log message expresses the message timestamp in UTC time. So although they look like the timestamps are reasonably close, they are actually four hours off. One of the servers has the wrong time or timezone set.

I have the same error when I work with the same OpenID provider (http://openid.mail.ru/mail/{username}) and I use DotNetOpenAuth 3.4.5.10202. But I tried the same provider with DotNetOpenId 2.5.7.10213 and everything works just fine. What is the reason ?
