SMS gateway that allows replies that integreate into software

I want to find an international SMS gateway that allows replies to be sent to SMS's that communicate with PHP script. For example if I send out an SMS and someone replies ACCEPT, I certain function will be performed.

Are there any gateways out there that will allow me to do this?
