SOAP Exception creating record of custom entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Hi all,

I am getting following error when inserting a record in custom entity.

0x80041102

The entity with a name = '' was not found in the MetadataCache.

Platform

Will appreciate if any one of you could let me know what is the cause of this error.
