We would like to develop a photo ID card publishing software .
Objective of the Project: To develop an application with multi-language support that allows the companies to create ID cards and take prints of it. The application must facilitate the user with the preview of the actual output when designing and it can be customized. The ID card publishing software’s rich set of tools must make it to be a flexible card designing software. The software must be able to import images from different format and place it anywhere on the card base. Also the barcodes should be able to be placed as image. ID card publisher must be easy to use with the rich set of tools and user interface.
What is the best technology can be used to develop this application . WPF or .net windows application?
