Are there good videos / presentations / papers / books that detail or demonstrate the idea of "the agile workflow for the manager / facilitator" who needs to be in ongoing contact with the client, the design team and oversee the implementation?
Not just the single project workflow, but a workflow that involves multiple, possibly simultaneous projects that are themselves mutually contingent in some cases, etc.
The idea (I think) being to get the best and most important ideas out of the client while offering the most "protected" or efficient environment to the programmers.
I guess the slashdot version of this question would be, "Describe the most efficient / productive project you ever worked on, and how the manager helped make it that way?"
