Your question is still too wide. Your IP-camera could have its own SDK and/or ActiveX component, which you could use to get snapshot from camera, or there are could be only protocol description available. There's no widely supported industrial standard for acquiring images from IP-cameras, so you need to find the SDK on IP-cameras' manufacturer site.

Just a simple example that doesn't refer manufacturer SDK is enough for me, I just need an example to get started, and I don't hope it to work for all cameras.
