.NET WPF Diagrams/Graphs

I need WPF component (beter if it will be free) for easy drawing such process graphics like on the image. Can you give an advice what to use? Thanks.

Have looked all their samples... There is no what i need. Think now that will be the best way to create my own. Anyway thanks for the link.
