I want to include this forum as one module in my website..Now the website's got it's own DB with users table, login info and stuff..and this forum software too got just the same..
What I want is that when user logs into to the website, he logs in to the forum as well um..how do I like merge/relate the two DBs so a user doesn't need to login twice ? Is that possible ?
How do I go about it ? I just need an idea like what changes I need to make and all.
I am new to .net n stuff..please help..thanks
P.S. It would be great if someone could please direct me to a tutorial or something to achieve that..I actually hv been googling but to no avail..the documentation available on JitBit's website doesn't really describe what I want...I did incorporate the forum into another website ..was successful...but I don't really have an idea how to go about the login thingy
oh I also browsed JitBit's support forum..didn't really come across a topic on this stuff
