Dreamweaver - How to suppress the warning "Unsupported value: 'inline-block'"

Hello all,

When I use DW CS4 to run validation test on my page, it reports the following warning message:

Unsupported value: 'inline-block'

Affects: Netscape 8.0

Is there a way that I can suppress this warning?
