How can I get sub IP of visitors in my website

I can get IP from visitors but how can I get sub IP in visitors networks

A: 

The Sub IP would not help you as most user's IP address would be 192.168.1.x. The idea of Network Address Translation (NAT) and firewalls is supposed to keep this information private.
