I've been employed with company X for a number of years and am moving on to company Y. What are the standard items that should be addressed to provide continued contract development/bug-fixing for company X after my 2-weeks notice period?

Edit: This is not a request for legal advice, but for development process and contract requirements advice.

It is up to your new company Y to determine if there would be a conflict of interest if you continued to provide service to your old company.
