Applications to help programming/project manage

By applications I mean anything from Windows/Mac apps to web applications to iPhone applications - just anything that can generally help a programmer. I develop in ASP.NET and C#, and I'm still relatively new to both languages, so would like some applications to help, and also applications to help me manage my outstanding issues/bugs.

Do you guys use anything similar? And does it help much?
