What CMS is good for creating a book

Hello, I am interested in making a website similar to a book. I would like the chapters to be easily accessible on the side bar just like this website: link text

i would like the website to be a wiki so everyone can edit it. Is their a cms that can do this? I really don't care what language the cms is written in. Thanks

The CMS you gave as an example is actually MediaWiki.

Have you looked into Drupal? It's PHP and really simple and extensible AND free.
