I do not like checking a box that not only do I agree to a contract but I "have read" it when (1) in fact it is thousands or tens of thousands of words long and (2) incorporates many other documents "by reference" which I am also supposed to claim I "have read". Does anyone know of a registrar that does not require this?
GoDaddy is really bad. Gandi.net is not so bad, but it is still hours of work to read all of their contract, despite their "No Bullshit (TM)" guarantee.
