I get error message after closing excel

I have developed "get snapshot" button on excel, after I got data and closed , the error message occured like this

Error Signature

AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 11.0.8169.0 AppStamp:465f27bd ModName: otaclient.dll ModVer: 9.2.0.5109 ModStamp:485168c0 fDebug: 0 Offset: 0008beeb

How we solve this problem.

Note: I use VBA for creating button to get data from database.
