Recommended tools for test engineering

Does anyone have any recommendations for software to assist with the management of test cases - those created and maintained by quality engineers, not a part of the developers work?

If you're concerned about traceability, we've written our test cases in Doors. Just cross linked the steps with the requirements. A little extra scripting, and you can have Doors spit out a traceability matrix.
