What is the best resource for learning Scrum?
Agile Software Development with SCRUM by Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle.
Best way to start is getting the Scrum in the Trenches ebook, its really fun and a you can hand a copy out to everyone in the team.
The free mini-book Scrum and XP from the Trenches is a terrific guide to the day to day running of a Scrum project.
As a starter, listen to Ken Schwaber's talk regarding Scrum to get an idea of the rationale.
HTH.
cheers

Aside from Ken Schwaber's book, I like the Scrum Primer and enjoy the articles on the ScrumAlliance site.
Being on a well run, mentoring friendly team also helps!
Just my 2c and a warning - I don't think it is ever a good idea to adopt a development methodology exactly as a book might explain it, not saying you're doing that but just remember to adapt these things to suit your needs.
I prefer just an agile approach over pure "anything".
We've had good experience by holding an on-site CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) course.
From the course we learned that the key most important thing in Scrum is "inspect and adapt," i.e. figure out what works for your team and adapt the process accordingly.
I would recommend Ken Schwaber's "Scrum et al." Google Talk as an introduction. After that the Agile Software Development with Scrum book for the fundamentals. A good complement for the basic book is Agile Project Management with Scrum which contains a lot of entertaining "war stories".
Here are some additional resources I have found useful:
Scrum Tuning: Lessons learned from Scrum implementation (Jeff Sutherland, Google Tech Talks Video)
Agile and Iterative Development: A Manager's Guide
The New Methodology (Martin Fowler)
This website here has an excellent guide with some really nice graphics which you could use in your own slideware!
HI,
start with Scrum and XP from the Trenchesthat is great for understanding of basics principles.
Then read Agile Estimation and Planning by Mike Cohn. This book can help you to understand what it is story point, how to estimate and plan your product.
I used PluralSight's Agile Team Practice Fundamentals. It worked well for me!!
